Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the property situate in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:

Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 203, of SOUTH BEACH CONDO HOTEL, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 134, page(s) 20-24, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 13916, page 601 et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on November 16, 2012.
