NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-004939 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, Plaintiff, and, GLENN HADDEN, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00 AM on the 19th day of November 2012, the following described property:
LOT 18, BLOCK 34, MEADOW LAWN FIFTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 8, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
