YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, HICKORY GROVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, herein in the following described property:
Unit One, Building One, HICKORY GROVE CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 4899, Page 979, and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 35, Pages 114 through 118, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 15 Turner Street, #1, Clearwater, Florida, 33756.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before November 26, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
