NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 02, 2012 and entered in Case No. 09-014438-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF MASTR ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2004-8 is the Plaintiff and REDINGTON, FLA., LLC, AN OHIO LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY BRIAN MEAGER A/K/A BRIAN E MEAGER; BERNICE MEAGER A/K/A BERNISE MEAGER; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on November 16, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
