NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25th day of September, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-012936, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-FF17 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF17 is the Plaintiff and ANTONIO CRUZ; CLERK OF THE COURT OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN A DIVISION OF NATIONAL CITY BANK; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; MARIA P. LARSON; SAROM OUN; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A EVELYN MEDINA; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 8th day of November, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 7, RIDGE CREST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
