NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 2, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-011150 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Plea Properties II, LLC are defendant(s), I, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 16, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. C-203, OF THE FOUNTAINS AT COUNTRYSIDE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14128, PAGE 301, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
