NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 2, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-011619 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Franklin American Mortgage Company, Plaintiff and Carol Mong are defendant(s), I, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 16, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 3, LAS PALMAS TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 133, PAGES 44 AND 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS AND EXCEPT A PORTION OF LOT 1, BLOCK 3, OF THE PLAT OF LAS PALMAS TOWNHOMES, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 133, PAGES 44 AND 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 1, BLOCK 3, THENCE RUN N 88 DEGREES 41' 37” W ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOT 1, FOR A DISTANCE OF 22.48 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE N 88 DEGREES 41' 37” W FOR A DISTANCE OF 8.03 FEET; THENCE N 01 DEGREE 18' 53” E FOR A DISTANCE OF 3.29 FEET; THENCE S 88 DEGREES 41' 37” W FOR A DISTANCE OF 8.03 FEET; THENCE S 01 DEGREE 18' 53” E FOR A DISTANCE OF 3.29 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
