NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 2, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2011-CA-008445 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Successor in Interest by Purchase from the FDIC as Receiver of Washington Mutual Bank f/k/a Washington Mutual Bank, FA, Plaintiff and Patricia Lynn Tackett a/k/a Patricia L. Tackett a/k/a Patricia Tackett are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 16, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT PART OF LOT 24 DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 24 FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 23°06'15” EAST 52.64 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 74°45'02” EAST 31.13 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00°58'10” WEST 41.08 FEET. THENCE NORTH 89°01'50” WEST 50.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
AND
ALL OF LOT 26, BLOCK 6, ORANGE LAKE VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 65, 66 AND 67 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
