NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to an order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 17, 2012 and entered in case 2012CA-000037 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein Space Coast Credit Union, as successor in interest by merger to Eastern Financial Florida Credit Union is the Plaintiff and Darrin D. Barton, Darleny Barton and Bay Arbor Property Owners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for case at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00am on the 4th of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
Legal description: Lot 7, Block 1, BAY ARBOR UNIT 1A, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 118, Pages 12-17, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
