NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of July, 2012 and entered in Case No. 12000942CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein SPRINGWOOD VILLAS, INC., NO. 1, A CONDOMINIUM, is the Plaintiff and DEBRA REYNOLDS and FRANK O'KEEFE, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online via the internet at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 26th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit 51 and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms, and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Springwood Villas NO. 2 as recorded in O.R. 2926, Pages 668 through 726, inclusive, and other amendments thereto and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 3, Pages 25 and 26, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
