NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
A leasehold interest in and to Condominium Unit 25-C, of CHATEAU BELLEAIR CONDOMINIUM, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 3897, Page 64 as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2209 Belleair Road, #C25, Clearwater, Florida, 33764.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on December 7, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
