NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 52-2008-CA-007963 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-23, Plaintiff, and, LISA WEBB A/K/A LISA G. WEBB, et. al., are Defendants, the clerk of the courts will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 27 day of November, 2012 the following described property:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO.104, BUILDING NO.D, OF BONAVENTURE CONDOMINIUM I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 86, PAGE(S) 52, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED ON O.R. BOOK 6050, PAGE 854 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
