NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to an order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 17, 2012 and entered in case 2011-CA-009043 CICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein Space Coast Credit Union, as successor in interest by merger to Eastern Financial Florida Credit Union is the Plaintiff and Concetta G. Hudson, Allen D. Hudson and Harbor Palms, Inc. a dissolved Florida Corporation , successor in interest to Green Tree Communities, Inc. are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for case at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00am on the 5th of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
LOT 306, HARBOR PALMS-UNIT 5, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 70, PAGE 54, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than Property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
