Notice is given that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 11, 2012, entered in Case No. 2011-000746-CI-20 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which REGIONS BANK is the Plaintiff, and VISIONTECH COMPONENTS, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, VISION PROPERTIES, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, and SHANNON L. WREN, are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on December 11, 2012, the following-described property set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

From the center of Section 16, Township 30 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida, run North 89° 49' 42'' East, 304.86 feet along the East-West centerline of said Section 16; thence run South 00° 04' 56'' West, 40.00 feet to the South right of way line of 110th Avenue North, for the Point of Beginning; thence run North 89° 49' 42'' East, 80.00 feet along said South right of way; thence run South 00° 04' 56'' West, 297.23 feet to the South line of the North 1/2 of said Farm 36; thence run South 89° 52' 08'' West, 80.00 feet along said South line; thence run North 00° 04' 56'' East, 297.18 feet to the Point of Beginning.
