YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, GULL AIRE VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Lot 81, GULL-AIRE VILLAGE, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 77, Pages 40 through 44, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. And the mobile home situated thereon: 1986 Mobile Home ID#PH09024A and #PH09024B.
With the following street address: 81 Pelican Drive North, Oldsmar, Florida, 34677.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before November 26, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
