Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of PINELLAS County, Florida, I will sell the property situate in PINELLAS County, Florida described as:
Lot 47, Eagle Cove, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 102, Page 96, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Clerk of Circuit Court shall sell the subject property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on 5th day of December, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
