NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 23, 2012 in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County Florida, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder the following described property in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes:
That certain condominium parcel consisting of Unit 181, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the terms, conditions, covenants, easements, restrictions, and other provisions of that certain Declaration of Condominium of BAY ISLAND GROUP NO. 5, a Condominium, recorded in O.R. Book 3540, Pages 677 through 806, and any amendments thereto, and according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 14, Pages 50 through 54, and any amendments thereto, public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
for cash in an Online Sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on November 27, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
