NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 2, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-290-CO-041 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WOODSIDE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and MICHELLE GROSS; RAMKUMAR RAMNATH; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 and UNKNOWN TENANT 1 are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 9th day of November, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
