NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 2, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-290-CO-041 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WOODSIDE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and MICHELLE GROSS; RAMKUMAR RAMNATH; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 and UNKNOWN TENANT 1 are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 9th day of November, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 1802C, Woodside Village, A Condominium, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 4861, pages 1517-1586, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 34, Pages 78-86, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. the street address of which is: 4215 East Bay Drive #1802C Clearwater, FL 33762.
