NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 18, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-8372-CO-042 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WOODSIDE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and JOSHUA I. CURTIS and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSHUA I. CURTIS are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 30th day of November, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Book 5494, page 301 and O.R. book 6411, Page 575 and 576, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and as shown on Plat recorded in Condominium Plat book 34, Pages 78 through 86, inclusive, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
