Notice is hereby given that pursuant to an Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in the above entitled cause in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk of Court or any of his authorized Deputies will sell the property located in Manatee County, Florida, being specifically described as follows:
Lot 17, Block E, SYLVAN OAKS SUBDIVISION, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 21, Pages 85 through 90, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
at public sale to the highest and best bidder, for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the 15th day of November, 2012.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
