NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 2, 2012, entered in Case No. 41 2009 CA 001351 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006-NC5 Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates is the Plaintiff and Dwayne M. Collins; Theresa M. Collins are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 5th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
