NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 4th day of April, 2012, and entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, wherein Robert M. Willis, Jr., Unknown Spouse Of Robert M. Willis, Jr., Denise Theiss f/k/a Tenant #1 and Tammy Wagner f/k/a Tenant #2 are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the 20th day of November, 2012, the interest in real and personal property situated in Manatee County and described as:
LOT 2, BLOCK C, IDA-K SUBDIVISION FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 1, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA

(herein the “Premises”); together with all of the leases, rents, issues and profits arising from the Premises; including the buildings and appurtenances located thereon and together with the fixtures situated therein and located thereon.
