NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 02, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 41 2009 CA 001146 Div B of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, Plaintiff, and HECTOR GARNICA; JANE DOE N/K/A LATOYA SMITH, are Defendants.
R.B. “CHIPS” SHORE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 7th day of November, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 8 FEET OF LOT 14 AND ALL OF LOTS 15 AND 16 IN BLOCK F OF BEAU VUE ESTATES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, ON PAGE 93, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
