NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated 17th day of October, 2012, entered in the above captioned action, CASE NO. 41-2011-CA-008701, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 A.M. at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on November 15, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
LOT 69 OF RIVER EDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGES 1-6 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
