NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause now pending in said court, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Foreclosure sales conducted via internet: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on February 5, 2013 at 11:00 A.M., the following described property:
