NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 17, 2012, entered in Case No. 41 2010 CA 007357 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006-NC5 Asset-backed Pass-through Certificates is the Plaintiff and Robert H. McBride; Unknown Spouse of Robert H. McBride; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 16th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK I, BAYSHORE GARDENS, SECTION 9-G, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 6 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
