NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 17, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 008056, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, 2006-2, is Plaintiff and JOSEPH G. ALEMAN; MARLEN FERNANDEZ SOLIS; HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III; MANATEE RAINTREE ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A KARREN MORGAN, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 15th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 709, OF RAINTREE CONDOMINIUM AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 6, PAGES 40 THROUGH 47 INCLUSIVE, AND THE CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 756, PAGE 498 ET. SEQ. OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS RESPECTIVE SHARE OF COMMON ELEMENTS THEREIN.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
