NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 17, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 006130, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND, is Plaintiff and KAI HAASKIVI; MAARIT HAASKIVI, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 16th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 1 WHITFIELD COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 15 AND 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
