NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 3rd day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 008034, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and MARIE STENERSEN; PAUL A. SCHARFF; CITY WALK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF BRADENTON, CORP; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 8th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 243, OF CITY WALK CONDOMIMUM OF BRADENTON, A CONDOMINIUM FORMERLY KNOWN AS CEDAR TREE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1003 PAGES 130 THROUGH 193, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2107 PAGES 1672 THROUGH 1678, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 11, PAGES 134 THROUGH 143, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
