NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 12, 2012 and entered in Case No. 41-2011-CA-004233, of the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein , Sterling Lake Homeowners' Association, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Heng Dy,Erika Dy, and Isabel Castillo, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, at 11:00 a.m., on the 15 day of November, 2012, the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 16, STERLING LAKE, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 50, Page 161, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
