AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II, INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS- THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-4 is the Plaintiff and RONDA LAYTON A/K/A RONDA L. LAYTON; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RONDA LAYTON A/K/A RONDA L. LAYTON; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; GREENBROOK WALK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; GREENBROOK VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1, and TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 20th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
