NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 3, 2012 and entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-011920 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein CITIBANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II, INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS- THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-4 is the Plaintiff and RONDA LAYTON A/K/A RONDA L. LAYTON; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RONDA LAYTON A/K/A RONDA L. LAYTON; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; GREENBROOK WALK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; GREENBROOK VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1, and TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 20th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 105 ALSO KNOWN AS UNIT 5, BUILDING 27, PHASE 1, GREENBROOK WALK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2055, PAGE 1613, AND ANY AMENDMENTS RECORDED THEREAFTER, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN COMMON AREAS AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
