CONOVER; THERESA M. CONOVER, CO-TRUSTEE OF THE THERESA M. CONOVER TRUST AGREEMENT, DATED JUNE 28, 1996; ERICA WULF-KAMAKA, CO-TRUSTEE OF THE THERESA M. CONOVER TRUST AGREEMENT, DATED JUNE 28, 1996; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE THERESA M. CONOVER TRUST AGREEMENT, DATED JUNE 28, 1996; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTON VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 15th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
