NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 24, 2012 and entered in Case No. 41-2010-CA-008370 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and ELIZABETH J. GREEN A/K/A ELIZABETH GREEN; ADRIAN K. GREEN, II; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ADRIAN K. GREEN, II; ROBERT C. BRYDEN; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT C. BRYDEN N/K/A MARSHA BRYDEN; MICHAEL A. BRYDEN; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL A. BRYDEN N/K/A MARY BRYDEN; CAROLYN SMITH; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; PARK ACRES ESTATES ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 20th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 57 OF PARK ACRES ESTATES SECTION I, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 516, PAGES 151 THROUGH 183 INCLUSIVE AND AMENDMENTS THERETO AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 2, PAGES 77 AND 78 AND AMENDED PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 2, PAGES 79 AND 80 AND FURTHER DESCRIBED AS UNIT 57 OF PARK ACRES ESTATES SECTION 1, SECOND AMENDMENT CONDOMINIUM AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 6, PAGES 48 AND 49 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
