NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 3, 2012 and entered in Case No. 41-2010-CA-007551 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and DONNIE RAY NORRIS A/K/A DON NORRIS; MARY ANNE NORRIS; TENANT #1 N/K/A CHRISTOPHER NORRIS, and TENANT #2 N/K/A BRANDY NORRIS are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 20th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
