TOBIN; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LISA M. TOBIN N/K/A CHRIS RAINA; THE PALMS OF CORTEZ CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A KIMBERLY WOODD are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 20th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
