NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated OCTOBER 12, 2012, and entered in 2009 CA 007313 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR FREMONT HOME LOANS TRUST 2005-I, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-I, is the Plaintiff and CYNTHIA LICATA A/K/A CYTHIA CORTESES A/K/A CY CORTEZ; LAKEWOOD RANCH COUNTRY CLUB- WEST COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A DAVE METLAN; COUNTRY CLUB/EDGEWATER VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CYNTHIA LICATA A/K/A CYTHIA CORTESES A/K/A CY CORTEZ; THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on NOVEMBER 27, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK A , LAKEWOOD RANCH COUNTRY CLUB VILLAGE, SUBPHASE M, A/K/A MONTCLAIR AND SUBPHASE N, A/K/A BLYTHEFIELD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 76, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
