NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 3rd day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 006715, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and MARY BENTLEY A/K/A MARY B. BENTLEY; CONSECO FINANCE SERVICING CORPORATION; DOUGLAS SLY A/K/A DOUGLAS A. SLY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARY BENTLEY A/K/A MARY B. BENTLEY; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 7th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
