NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 17, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 41 2009 CA 009736 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and JEFFREY A. MASTERSON; STACEY C. MASTERSON, are Defendants.
R.B. “CHIPS” SHORE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 14th day of November, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 296.45 FEET OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4, SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS ROAD RIGHT OF WAY FOR VERNA BETHANY ROAD.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
