NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated September 28, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-003384 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank, USA as Trustee for MLMI 2006-A1, Plaintiff and Scott Richard Briggs a/k/a Scott R. Briggs a/k/a Scott Briggs and Stacie Lynn Boedicker a/k/a Stacie L. Boedicker a/k/a Stacie Boedicker a/k/a Stacie Briggs are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, RICHARD B. SHORE, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on November 21, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 210, COUNTY CREEK SUBDIVISION, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 38 THROUGH 50, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
