NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, will, on the 21st day of November, 2012, at 11:00 a. m. Eastern Time, sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment entered on April 18, 2012, to wit:
