NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 17, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 41-2012-CA-001141 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and GARY R. PAQUETTE JR., TERESA S. PAQUETTE, IBERIABANK, are Defendants.
R.B. “CHIPS” SHORE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 15th day of November, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

Beginning at the point found by measuring from the SW corner of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 34, Township 34 South, Range 17 East; South 89Ëš52 minutes East, 20.00 feet to the East line of 22nd Street West (Richland Avenue); thence North along the East line of 22nd Street West, 94.38 feet to a point of intersection of the North line of the property described in Deed Book N, Page 477, and said street right-of-way line; thence South 89 degrees, 52 minutes East, along the North line of the property described in Deed Book N, Page 477, and along the South line of Lot 9 of C.O. Groves Plat as recorded in Plat Book I, Page 169 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, 270 feet to a point which the point of beginning; thence continuing South 89Ëš 52 minutes East 171.10 feet more or less along the North line of the described in said Deed Book N, page 477, to the low water mark of Wares Creek; thence along the low water mark of Wares Creek Northwardly to the point of intersection of North line of said Lot 9 of C.O. Groves Plat and Wares Creek, which said line 105.6 feet North of the South Line of the herein described property; thence North 89 degrees 52 minutes West along the North line of said lot 9, 105.6 feet Northwardly from and parallel to the North line of the land described in Deed Book N, page 477, a distance of 171 feet more or less to a point 270 feet Eastwardly from the East right-of-way line of said 22nd Street West, thence South 105.6 feet to the aforesaid point of beginning less Westerly 20 feet for road-right-of-way.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
