Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 17th, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 2011CA005101, in the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, wherein LIBERTY SAVINGS BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff, and THOMAS E. KEVELIGHAN, JR., et al., are the Defendants, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Lot 11, PALMA SOLA GARDENS, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 19, Page 181, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on the 14th day of November, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
