NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 23 day of May, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-001826, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWlDEHOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL E TEMPLE, LINDA S TEMPLE, GOLF ENTERPRISES, INC., GREENLINKS III CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., GREENLINKS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FSB and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 19 day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1013, GREENLINKS III ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED OFFICIAL R.ECORDS BOOK 3734, PAGE 1822, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
