NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 17 day of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-001528, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and LISA H. SPRAGUE, LAKEVIEW AT CARLTON LAKES COMMONS ASSOCIATION, INC., LAKEVIEW AT CARLTON LAKES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., LAKEVIEW AT CARLTON LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., LAKEVIEW V AT CARLTON LAKES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR RBS CITIZENS, N.A., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LISA H. SPRAGUE and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
