NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14 day of March, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-000548, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2006-AR8,MTG PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR8 is the Plaintiff and MARIA COMPOS DEOLIVEIRA A/K/A MARIA COMPOS DE OLIVEIRA, LAUREL LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., LEVY S. DEOLIVEIRA A/K/A LEVI S. DEOLIVEIRA and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A JAIR GUIMARAES IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 13 day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK C, OF LAUREL LAKES PHASE ONE AT LAURELWOOD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 32-36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
