NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18 day of April, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-001340, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-10, MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-10 is the Plaintiff and MARTA APPELKVIST, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICA'S WHOLESALE LENDER., THE TRADEWINDS APARTMENTS OF MARCO ISLAND, INC., PEDRO PEREZ and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 19 day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 705 SITUATED ON THE 7TH FLOOR OF THE TRADEWINDS APARTMENTS BUILDING OF THE TRADEWINDS APARTMENTS CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4 OF PAGES 25 THROUGH 37 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF TRADEWINDS APARTMENTS CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 472, AT PAGE 509 THROUGH 540 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
