NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure Including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs dated May 9, 2012, entered in Case No. 2010 CA 000941 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders, CWABS, Inc., Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2007-10 is the Plaintiff and Hilda M. Valcarcel, Luis A. Varcalcel, and Melissa Mendez, Unknown Spouse of Melissa Mendez; Unknown Spouse of Hilda M. Valcarcel, Unknown Spouse of Luis A. Valcarcel, and Unknown Tenants/Owners are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at 3315 Tamiami Trail East in Collier County in Naples, Florida, in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at the first floor Atrium, beginning at 11:00 AM on the prescribed date on November 13, 2012, the following described property, as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs, to-wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 9, NAPLES TWIN LAKE, ACCORDING TO RESOLUTION RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, AT PAGE 614, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

FORMERLY DESCRIBED AS LOT 6, BLOCK 9, OF NAPLES TWIN LAKE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 35 AND 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
