Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on October 19, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
UNIT NO. 2 OF SUNNY TRAIL, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O. R. BOOK 886, PAGE 697, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 828 WIGGINS PASS RD APT 2, NAPLES, FL 34110; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on November 15, 2012 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
