NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 19, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-2012-CA-002504 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and BONEL J. DESTINE A/K/A DONEL J. DESTINE; YOLETTE A. DESTINE; THE GOLDEN GATE CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 15th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF COLLIER, STATE OF FLORIDA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 14, BLOCK 102, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 97 THROUGH 105.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
