MAHBADI A/K/A MEHDI MAHBADI; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST, PARVIN HADI A/K/A PARVIN HADI KARIMNEJAD, DECEASED; MEHDI KARIMNEJAD MAHBADI A/K/A MEHDI K. CO. AS SUBROGEE OF PREFERRED AIR, INC.; AUTO OWNERS INSURANCE COMPANY A/S/O JAMES FRANK GERNOLD; TENANT #1 N/K/A GABRIEL ROSALIES are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 15 day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE SOUTH 1/2 OF TRACT 107, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 91 AND 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
